These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SnoopInsta iOS application. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

SnoopInsta lets you maintain a watchlist of Instagram accounts and receive information when those accounts follow new users. Features depend on your subscription status and on whether accounts are public or private.

No affiliation with Instagram or Meta

SnoopInsta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for lawful personal purposes. Do not use it to harass, stalk, threaten, or surveil anyone without a legitimate personal reason.
Track only accounts you are permitted to monitor. For private accounts, use only your own Instagram login that already follows the target account.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload our systems or Instagram's services.
Do not misrepresent SnoopInsta as an official Instagram or Meta product.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase only. There is no external purchase link in the iOS app. Available plans (weekly and yearly) are shown in the app before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store account settings.
Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not SnoopInsta, according to Apple's policies.

Accuracy and availability

Instagram may change its platform, rate-limit access, or restrict automated access. We do not guarantee that follow lists, counts, or alerts are complete, real-time, or error-free. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnoopInsta and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for subscriptions in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid us.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
